By accessing and using ART WIZARD ("the Service"), a product of Lucete AI Lab (Business Registration No. 143-26-01816), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ART WIZARD provides an experimental interactive art platform using artificial intelligence. The Service generates artistic critiques and emotional analysis through AI judge systems based on user input. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant ART WIZARD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Ownership of AI Outputs: You acknowledge that ART WIZARD retains all rights, title, and interest in any AI-generated artwork, images, and generalized guidance text produced by the Service. ART WIZARD may use these generated assets for marketing, research, public display, and other business purposes, provided that such use does not disclose your specific personal input or personally identifiable information.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems, interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers, use automated systems to access the Service without permission, or impersonate any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ART WIZARD / Lucete AI Lab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The emotional analyses and AI critiques provided are for informational and artistic purposes only. ART WIZARD makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content generated by the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ART WIZARD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
